As a Certified Pilates Mat Instructor, AFLCA Certified Fitness Leader and Movement Specialist, Shannon brings many years of training expertise and knowledge to every workout.

When can I begin my pilates journey?
Pillar Pilates operates a 10-month program from September to June. With our Zoom bundles, you can continue your Pilates journey during the summer. These recordings offer a convenient way to continue your progress. Anytime, anywhere - making the most of your Pilates experience!
I'm a complete beginner when it comes to pilates. Will this work for me?
All levels are welcome in our classes, so whether you're a beginner or have been practicing for years, there's a place for you here. The focus is on individual progress and creating a personalized workout experience, so don't worry if you're new to Pilates – we'll work together to help you reach your goals.
Do you offer virtual and in-person classes?
Yes, I offer in-person and Zoom classes to accommodate all preferences and needs. The choice is yours, and I can deliver high-quality courses through both mediums.
